Sharkul Taubayeva was bom on September 17. 1947 at the Akkum station in the Kyzylorda region in the family of a railway driver. 1954-1958 - She graduated from the 4th grade at the railway school of Akkum station, Kyzylorda region. 1958-1961 - She graduated from the seven-year school in the third branch of the Talap state farm in the Zhanakorgan region of the Kyzylorda region. 1961-1965 - Student of the Kyzylorda Women's Pedagogical School named after M. Mametova. Graduated in 1965, having received a diploma with honors in the specialty of a primary school teacher. 1965-1969 - Student of the historical faculty of the Kazakh Pedagogical Institute named after Abay. Graduated in 1969, graduating with honors in history. 1969-1971 - Teacher of primary classes and the history of boarding school № 3 Zhanakorgan district of Kyzylorda region. 1971-974 - Post-graduate student of the Kazakh Pedagogical Institute named after Abay. 1977-1986 - The methodologist of the cabinet of humanitarian subjects, the head of the cabinet for introducing the best practices of the Central Institute for Teacher Improvement. 1985- 1988 - She studied in the correspondence postgraduate stud> of the laboratory for studying the best practices of the Institute of Theory and History of Pedagogy of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of the USSR. 1986- 1991 - Junior researcher of the information department, senior researcher of the didactics sector, scientific secretary of the coordination department of the I. Altynsarin Research Institute of Pedagogical Sciences. IS 1991-1993 - Senior lecturer of the Chair of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Central Institute for Teacher Improvement. 1993-1998 - Scientific secretary, deputy director of the Kazakh Institute of Problems of Education named after I. Altynsarin. 1992 - She defended the thesis for the degree of Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences on the theme "The system of activity of institutes for the improvement of teachers in the study, synthesis and use of advanced pedagogical experience" (Almaty). 1996 - Assigned scientific title of associate professor. 1998-2001 - Doctoral student of Pedagogy Chair of Almaty Pedagogical University named after Abay. 2001 -She defended the thesis for the academic degree of the doctor of pedagogical sciences on the theme "Scientific foundations of the formation of the research culture of the teacher of the general education school" 2002 - Pedagogy Kylimdary Doctors of Dresden and Iceland. 2001-2006 - Associate Professor, Professor of the Department of General and Ethnic Pedagogy, Head of the Center for Standards and Creative Information of the Kazakh National University named after al-Farabi. 2004-2017 - Member of the Dissertation Council at the Karaganda State University named after E. Boketov, Kazakh State University of World and International Relations namedafter Abylai Khan, Kazakh State Women's Pedagogical University. 2005 - Academician of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Kazakhstan. 2006 - The scientific title of professor was conferred. 2006-2008 - Dean of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Kazakh State Women's Pedagogical Institute. 19 2008-2010 - Vice-rector for the educational and methodological association of the Kazakh State Women's Pedagogical University. 2009. Academician of the International Academy of Pedagogical Education. 2010-2011 - She passed a scientific internship in the laboratory of pedagogical measurements of the Institute of Theory and History of Education of the Russian Academy of Education in the framework of the International Program of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bolashak, specializing in "Pedagogical Diagnosis. Assessment and management of the quality of education.
