Введение 
Цель  преподавания  дисциплины:  основной  целью  курса  является 
овладение  студентами  коммуникативных  компетенций,  которые  дадут 
возможность  пользоваться  русским  языком  в  различных  областях 
профессиональной деятельности, научной и практической работе, в общении 
с  партнерами,  для  самообразовательных  и  других  целей.  Наряду  с

EXPLANOTORY NOTE 
 
The  reforms  happening  in  an  education  system  of  the  Republic  of 
Kazakhstan are intended to train the highly qualified specialists of a new formation 
capable to keep up to date and succeed in the activities.  
The language policy of Kazakhstan based on the idea of trinity of languages 
assumes  studying  of  English  as  means  of  the  international  communication,  along 
with  the  state  Kazakh  and  Russian  as  language  of  international  communication. 
Expansion  of  the  international  integration,  active  implementation  of  new 
information  technologies,  formation  of  the  multipolar,  polycultural  and 
multilingual  world  assumes  use  of  English  as  means  of  the  international 
communication and internationalization of an education system of RK. 
At  the center  a  modern  education  system  the  task of training  of  specialists, 
capable to a cooperation, team work is set, ready to dialogue with representatives 
of  the  different  cultures  able  to  think,  create  independently  own  opinion  to  the 
events and creatively to approach the solution of various questions.  
In this situation foreign language skills are the main instrument of successful 
social performance of the person in multicultural and polylingual society, a factor 
of  cultural  and  intellectual  development  and  education  of  the  personality  having 
all-planetary thinking.  
One of obligatory components of the program of training of highly qualified 
specialists,  mobile  in  educational  space  both  demanded  in  the  domestic  and 
international labor markets, the subject "Professional-oriented foreign language" is. 
Now  the  social  order  for  graduates  of  universities  with  profound  knowledge  of 
foreign  languages  was  created  that  caused  the  special  place  of  discipline  "The 
professional oriented foreign language" among other rates in system of training of 
bachelors  as  it  is  impossible  to  revaluate  value  of  foreign  languages  in  access  to 
world academic knowledge.

Training in the professional oriented foreign language relies on competence-
based approach according to which on the basis of the gained knowledge the skills 
and  abilities  necessary  for  the  solution  of  practical  tasks  develop.  As  a  result 
students  purchase  such  competences  as  general  –  cross-cultural  and  informative; 
communicative – professional oriented linguistic. 
 This  program  is  aimed  at  providing  implementation  of  competence-based 
approach as it is based on the following principles: 
emphasis  on  forming  and  development  of  professional  and  communicative 
competence of process of mastering foreign-language communication; 
accounting  of  cross-disciplinary  communications  in  case  of  selection  of 
components of content of training; 
authenticity of the used training materials;

use  in  educational  process  of  a  reflection  and  self-assessment,  promoting

"Professionally  oriented  foreign  language"  is  feature  of  teaching  a  rate  the 
shift  of  accent  of  training  with  linguistic  on  lingo-professional  training  of  future 
specialists

This program is intended for the students studying in the specialty 5B060200 
– Informatics and is intended for forming at students of exclusively professional and

form of the message, lectures, an interview, conversations, discussions; 
to annotate written and oral authentic popular scientific and scientific texts in 
the specialty in English;

to constitute written texts of informative nature (the  message, the report, the 
overview);

Introduction 
Purpose and tasks of discipline: 
Main objective of discipline is mastering students of communicative competences 
who will give the chance to use a foreign language in various areas of professional 
activity, scientific and practical work, in communication with foreign partners, for 
self-educational and other purposes. Along with the practical purpose, the rate of 
the professional oriented foreign language realizes the educational and educational 
purposes, promoting expansion of an outlook of students, increase in their general 
culture and education, and also culture of thinking, daily and professional

countries and the people. 
Tasks of teaching discipline:  
to impart foreign-language speech skills of oral and written communication, 
such as reading original literature of different functional styles and genres; 
to learn to participate in a conversation of daily and professional nature, to 
express the extensive register of communicative intentions; 
to seize main types of the monological statement, following rules of speech 
etiquette and to understand aurally; 
to seize main types of the business letter; 
to study language means and to create language skills adequate to them, in 
such aspects as phonetics, lexicon and grammar;

Studying  of  discipline  "The  professional  oriented  language"  is  directed  to 
forming  of  professional  and  communicative  competence  by  means  of  various 
educational  technologies.  The  main  attention  at  the  same  time  is  paid  to  oral 
speech,  reading  intergrativnymvida  (search,  viewing,  studying),  to  audition  and  a 
written  language  (annotation,  summarization),  and  also  translation  and 
interpretation.  
In  training  process  to  the  professional  oriented  foreign  language  the  active 
training methods having a professional focus for formulation  a social-professional 
competence of students as widely are used: the project work, situational games (a 
meeting,  the  international  consultations,  negotiations),  round  tables,  integrative 
tasks  in  the  form  of  a  discussion,  a  debate,  brainstorming,  conferences,  the 
presentation of reports, public statements with messages in the specialty.   
The  training  materials  used  in  process  to  discipline  education  include  the 
authentic  texts  of  various  level  of  complexity,  video  and  multimedia  materials 
accompanied  with  system  of  exercises,  aimed  at  the  forward  and  complex 
development  of  professional  abilities  of  speech  activities.  The  texts  offered  for 
studying at this stage include scientific articles, literature in the specialty.

SEMINAR STUDIES 
 
Seminar classes are given by teachers of foreign languages with involvement 
of teachers of the main departments giving the lectures in a foreign language aimed 
at  provision  of  information  from  subject  domain  of  specialty  it  is  preferable  that 
subjects of a lecture contained basic concepts, the basic principles and components 
of main specialty. On a practical training the teacher of a foreign language carries 
out work on more detailed digestion of material of a lecture.  
The  task  of  the  teacher  of  a  foreign  language  consists  in  forming  and 
development  of  foreign-language  competence  of  students  in  the  sphere  of  the 
chosen specialty. Training process is based on use of the communicative technique 
oriented to achievement of practical result: assimilation of terminological lexicon, 
reading  and  the  translation  of  the  text  in  the  specialty,  extraction  from  authentic 
literature  of  professional  and  significant  information,  communication  in  specific 
professional  spheres  and  situations,  writing  articles  and  messages  and  reports, 
annotation and summarizing of literature.

INDEPENDENT WORK OF STUDENTS 
 
The  Independent  Work  of  Students  (IWS)  is  the  special  type  of  educational 
activities  of  students  directed  to  independent  accomplishment  of  a  didactic  task, 
forming  of  interest  in  cognitive  activity  and  increasing  knowledge  in  the  field  of 
the learned foreign language.  
SRS  is  connected  with  implementation  of  the  practical  tasks  providing 
development  of  creative  activity,  research  approach  in  development  of  a  training 
material. 
The  SRS  out-of-class  form  assumes  independent  development  of  a  training 
material in the conditions of library, a computer class. 
Independent work of students under the leadership of the teacher (SRSP) is carried 
out  in the  form  of  classroom  occupation. SRSP performs  two functions: advisory 
and controlling.   
Advisory function: 
help in independent work of students; 
help to the student in the choice of the methods of work necessary for assimilation 
of a training material; 
contribution to profound studying of a training material.  
The controlling SRSP function is performed during the current, rubezhny and final 
accounting and assessment of knowledge of students for increase in motivation.  
This program provided the following types of tasks for SRS: 
1. The special professional oriented material for studying of the Web instruments 
of programming. 
2.  The  analysis  of  remedies  in  a  professional  foreign  language  for  the  choice  of 
optimum structure of protection of the software. 
3.  Discussion  of  benefits  and  shortcomings  of  modern  means  of  anti-virus 
protection in a foreign language. 
4.  The  written  analysis  of  texts  in  different  forms  of  the  academic  letter  in  a 
professional foreign language. 
5.  Professional  communication  in  a  foreign  language  in  the  form  of  oral 
performances, the presentations, reports.

деятельности.  
Языковая политика Казахстана, основанная на идее триединства языков, 
предполагает  изучение  английского  языка  как  средства  международного 
общения,  наряду  с  государственным  казахским  языком  и  русским,  как 
языком 
межнационального 
общения. 
Расширение 
международной 
интеграции,  активное  внедрение  новых  информационных  технологий, 
становление  многополярного,  поликультурного  и  многоязычного  мира 
предполагает 
использование 
английского 
языка 
как 
средства 
международного общения и интернационализации системы образования РК. 
Во  главу  угла  современной  системы  образования  ставится  задача 
подготовки  специалистов,  способных  к  сотрудничеству,  работе  в  команде, 
готовых  к  диалогу  с  представителями  разных  культур,  умеющих 
самостоятельно  мыслить,  формировать  свое  собственное  мнение  к 
происходящему и творчески подходить к решению различных вопросов.  
В  этой  ситуации  владение  иностранным  языком  является  основным 
инструментом

социальной 
деятельности 
человека 
в 
мультикультурном  и  полиязычном  обществе,  фактором  культурного  и 
интеллектуального  развития  и  воспитания  личности,  обладающей 
общепланетарным мышлением.  
Одним  из  обязательных  компонентов  программы  подготовки 
высококвалифицированных  специалистов,  мобильных  в  образовательном 
пространстве и востребованных на отечественном и международном рынках 
труда,  является  предмет  «Профессионально-ориентированный  иностранный

язык». В настоящее время сформировался социальный заказ на выпускников 
университетов  с  глубоким  знанием  иностранных  языков,  что  обусловило 
особое 
место 
дисциплины 
«Профессионально-ориентированный 
иностранный  язык»  среди  других  курсов  в  системе  подготовки  бакалавров, 
поскольку невозможно переоценить значение иностранных языков в доступе 
к мировым академическим знаниям. 
Обучение  профессионально-ориентированному  иностранному  языку 
опирается на компетентностный подход, в соответствии с которым на основе 
полученных  знаний  развиваются  навыки  и  умения,  необходимые  для 
решения практических задач. В результате студентами приобретаются такие 
компетенции,

Особенностью 
преподавания 
курса 
«Профессионально-
ориентированный иностранный язык» является смещение акцента обучения с 
лингвистического  на  лингвопрофессиональную  подготовку  будущих 
специалистов, которая осуществляется путем усиления междисциплинарных 
связей между иностранным языком и профилирующими предметами. 
Настоящая  программа  предназначена  для  студентов,  обучающихся  по 
специальности  5B060200  –  Информатика  и  имеет  целью  формирование  у 
студентов исключительно профессионально-коммуникативной компетенции, 
что предполагает следующие коммуникативные умения:

читать и понимать аутентичные тексты по специальности; 
- 
понимать  аутентичные  устные  тексты  монологического  и 
диалогического  характера  в  форме  сообщения,  лекции,  интервью,  беседы, 
дискуссии; 
- 
аннотировать  письменные  и  устные  аутентичные  научно-
популярные и научные тексты по специальности на английском языке; 
- 
выступать с сообщениями, докладами, презентациями, обзорами по 
различным профессиональным темам;

(сообщение, доклад, обзор);

вести деловую переписку;

Назначение  дисциплины:  данная  дисциплина  предназначена  для 
формирования  у  студентов  коммуникативных  компетенций,  которые  в 
дальнейшем  позволят  пользоваться  иностранным  языком  в  различных 
областях профессиональной деятельности, научной и практической работе, в 
общении  с  зарубежными  партнерами,  для  самообразовательных  и  других 
целей. 
К концу курса обучения студент будет
