Purpose: This discipline studies the social and psychological aspects of management, reflects the patterns and behaviors of the person in obschestve.Tsel course: learn the specifics that make up the social behavior of people understand the sources of origin, formation, development and operation of the social and psychological phenomena and processes in management.
Content of the discipline: the value of the human person and his psychological characteristics as a main focus of management activities.
Competences: the student has
To have idea of the conceptual and categorial device of psychology of management for the analysis of the various phenomena connected with administrative activity;
Nobility and understand main categories and concepts of psychology of management;
To be able to use methods of psychology of management for the solution of research, diagnostic and social and psychological tasks;
To own methods of the analysis of emergence, formation, development and functioning of the social and psychological phenomena and processes in management;
To gain practical skills of formation of positive social and psychological climate in the organization.
