Located in the center of Eurasia, Kazakhstan was at the crossroads of ancient civilizations of the world, at the crossroads of transport routes, social and economic, cultural and ideological relations between East and West, North and South, between Europe and Asia, between the largest state formations of the Eurasian continent Turkey - this is an amazing country. The diversity of climate and terrain features in Turkey have led to a wide variety of flora and fauna. See all of this comes a lot of tourists. In the mountains of the coastal area is dominated by vegetation typical of semi-dry subtropics, on the plateaus - characteristic of subtropical semi-deserts. Education of Kazakhstan and Turkey The first stage of education in Kazakhstan is elementary (or primary) school for grades one through four. The second is secondary school for middle grades from five through nine. Upon graduation from secondary school students are given the choice of either continuing to attend the same school (high school -senior grades 10-11) or entering a vocational or technical school. Both of these schools are meant to provide one, along with the certificate of secondary education with a number of useful skills (e.g. those of an electrician, technical or computer operators.) Having completed one's secondary education, one can either become a part of work force or go on college (institution of higher learning-Institute). Turkish education system is under the supervision and control of the state, namely the Ministry of National Education. According to the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, everyone has the right to receive education. Education is compulsory from ages 6 to 14 and free in state schools. The country's primary schools currently have a 98 percent participation rate. The academic year in Turkish education institutions generally begins in the mid-September or early October and continues to May or early June.
