THE "QUESTION - ANSWER" METHOD
a
kind of interview, but with a certain form of asking questions for an interview with the participants of the
discussion-dialogue. The strategy of conducting a dialogue is to move from the interlocutor's desire to speak to
understanding his interests, states,
relationships; from understanding the interlocutor to acceptance, and, if necessary, to
his conviction.
Stages of the dialogue:
1. The zero phase.
Purpose: the general plan of the conversation. Tasks: to formulate
your own purpose of
the conversation, the goals and interests of the interlocutor, to analyze the motives of behavior, to assess
the factors and their impact
on the course of the dialogue; to think about arguments, counterarguments
and facts to achieve
the goals of the parties, to find an area of possible intersection of interests,
to draw
up a general plan of the dialogue.
